We service the Caledonia, Cayuga, Hagersville, Ancaster, Mt. Hope, Binbrook, Hamilton Mountain and Stoney Creek Mountain.
*Projects located outside of these areas will be assessed on an individual basis.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, absolutely. It is very important to ensure your contractor is fully insured with a minimum of $2,000,000 liability and is in good standing with WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board). Kreekside is fully insured and current with WSIB.
How long will my project take?
This will depend on the scope of work to be performed. One thing we can tell you is, once we start your job we are there until it is finished. Unlike other companies who start a project then leave to start another, the Kreekside team makes each and every project a priority and will see it through from start to completion.
How do I obtain a building permit and/or drawings?
It is not necessary for you to take this on yourself, that is what we are here for. After our initial consultation we will create the drawings and submit them for a building permit on your behalf. Our goal is to make your project as simple and stress free as possible for you.
How are you able to quote my large project without having all of my finishes and products picked out?
Through our years of experience we are able to determine a “Budget Allowance” for each specific finish i.e. flooring, tile, fixtures, cabinetry, etc., catered to your initial budget. Our Budget Allowance is detailed in our quote, if you choose a product that is higher/lower than the B.A. the estimate is simply adjusted in according to your selection.
Do you do small jobs?
We are setup as a company to focus on large scale projects such as whole home renovations, additions, new home construction, kitchens, basements and all exterior related work. Smaller projects will be assessed on a case by case scenario and if we are able to fit it in we are happy to discuss the project with you. Sometimes smaller projects are better suited for a “handyman” type service.
